Seven steps, from valuation to closing.
Our goal is to assist clients in mergers, acquisitions, sales and capital raising, with a focus on small and mid-sized companies — the middle market. As a prerequisite, we help prepare the Business Plan and develop the company's strategic planning.
PRINCIPLE 1
Limited number of transactions
By accepting fewer mandates, professionals dedicate their full attention to the businesses they run.
PRINCIPLE 2
Experienced executives
Transactions are conducted exclusively by experienced executives, with no delegation to junior teams.
PRINCIPLE 3
Customer at every stage
Direct contact and full participation from the client, who maintains absolute control of the negotiation.
